The new metal disc weighs 1 Kg +/- 50 grams and is available in 99.995% purity Zinc which conforms to EN 1179 Zn 1 or as alloyed zinc to either ZnAl5, ZnAl7 or ZnAl10 specifications.
Specifically developed for use as a precision additive, the disc is suitable for additions in brass or steel manufacture or in galvanising or plating baths. The dimensions of the disc are approximately 75 mm diameter by 30 mm deep and is identified with the BROCK letters.
The product is supplied in batches of 500 kgs or 1000 kg and is packaged in purpose designed wooden containers.
